Integrated architecture, structural, civil engineering and project management

The practice works across education, residential, civic, aged care, infrastructure and subdivision projects. Holding each discipline in-house allows the design to be closely coordinated and the technical, consenting and programme risks that more often determine delivery to be resolved early. Recent work includes more than 200 teaching spaces across 70-plus schools nationwide, delivered under the Ministry of Education's Offsite Manufactured Buildings programme.

Structural Engineering

Structural engineering in concrete, steel and timber, developed with construction in mind. The team produces clear, efficient schemes and the producer statements to support them, with particular experience in foundations on difficult ground.

Civil Engineering

Civil engineering for earthworks, three waters and access, designed around the realities of each site. Ground, drainage and servicing are resolved early, so site conditions are managed before they affect cost or programme.

Project Management

Design project management across the full life of a project. Studio One manages Building Consent, Resource Consent and client review in-house, giving each project a single point of accountability from concept through to completion.
